Role: IT Project Manager - Cybersecurity & ServiceNow PPM
Location: Remote - ALL LATAM
Time Zone: EST

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large, mission-critical cybersecurity (InfoSec) initiatives end-to-end. This role provides full lifecycle project management leadership, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while leveraging ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) as the primary platform for planning, tracking, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate will bridge cybersecurity program delivery and ServiceNow-based portfolio governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and cybersecurity projects across Waterfall and Agile environments, serving as Project Manager or Scrum Master as needed
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Monitor project health, including risk assessments, budget variance, and timeline tracking, ensuring proper escalation and resolution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and communication plans
• Establish and drive project management best practices, governance standards, and delivery consistency
• Manage project tracking, reporting, financials, and resource planning within ServiceNow PPM
• Own demand intake, workflow management, approvals, and executive dashboards within the Now Platform
• Partner with PMO leadership and senior stakeholders to ensure portfolio visibility and alignment
• Translate findings from ServiceNow SecOps (Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response) into structured remediation projects
• Align project prioritization with risks identified via ServiceNow GRC frameworks
• Track compliance-driven milestones (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, PCI) and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Deliver executive-level reporting connecting security risks, remediation efforts, resource planning, and business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years of IT project management experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years
• PMP certification required
• Proven experience leading cybersecurity / InfoSec projects end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM for project and portfolio management
• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage risk, budget, timelines, and executive reporting effectively
• Fluent English (written and verbal)

Nice-to-Haves

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with ServiceNow SecOps (VR, SIR) and GRC modules
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, and PCI-DSS
• Experience supporting US-based clients from LATAM
